Where are you based?
I live in Manteca, CA but I service all of the Central Valley, Bay Area, and I'm always happy to travel!

Do you have a studio?
Yes! My studio is located in Escalon, CA. I primarily conduct newborn and maternity sessions there on weekdays.

What type of sessions do you photograph? 
My passion is maternity, motherhood, and families!

Whats your style?
I have a non-traditional, honest style. I long to capture you as you are.I am a natural editors meaning that we will smooth and polish but I will not alter who you are in real life. Our sessions consist of a mixture of posed portraits and candid, authentic moments. 

When do you schedule sessions?
Outdoor sessions are scheduled on Fridays-Sundays 1 or 2 hours before sunset. This is when the sunlight is soft, warm, and glowing. Studio sessions are scheduled during daytime hours when lighting is best. Studio sessions are only scheduled on weekdays.

What locations do you use? 
I suggest locations based on the type session you’re trying to achieve. Are you interested in-studio, grassy field, city, architecture, or woods?  Once that's decided I recommend locations best suited for your taste.

Do you offer in-home Newborn Sessions?
Yes, I offer in-home lifestyle newborn sessions. There is an additional $100 fee for this service.

Do you charge travel fees? 
Yes, and the fee depends on the distance from our home base. We will be upfront on these fees while we discuss locations with you. Travel fees are only applied to locations more than 35 minutes from our home.

Can I print my images myself?
Yes. All of my sessions include high resolution edited images and the amount depends on the collection you book. You also have the ability to order professional prints directly from your online gallery. 

I want to work with you! How do I book my session? 
Complete the contact form on the website. We will chat back and forth via email. If needed we can also set up a phone appointment. Once we establish details we will send a contract andl invoice to collect the retainer which is typically equal to 50% of the total fee. Receipt of payment guarantees the date/time allotted for you. The balance is payable the day of the session.

How long does my session last?
Mini sessions and milestone sessions are roughly 20-30 minutes (we do not offer minis on a regular basis). Regular sessions typically last 60 minutes. Newborn sessions are 2-3 hours.

What do I wear? 
I have a growing client closet available for women and babies. I am always adding new pieces and hope to one day clothe entire families. I also have an interactive styling guide we can send clients upon request. Client closet items are free for our clients to use.

How do dress rentals work?

You will receive $15 off your rental when booking with us. Please let Bella Bello know at your fitting so discounts can be applied. 

Should I get my hair and makeup done professionally? 
Yessss! I highly recommend professional hair and makeup. Not only will your day go more smoothly therefore making it less stressful but you will also feel like a 
rockstar!

What happens if the weather is bad?
Cloudy weather is not a problem - in fact it's our favorite! However, if it rains, hails, etc. we will contact you as soon as possible to postpone or reschedule. 

I’m excited to see my photos! When will they be ready?
Your gallery will be completed within 2-3 weeks. Fall session turnaround is roughly 3-4 weeks.
